In the recently unveiled 2024 Michelin Guide, a total of 111 Turkish restaurants secured recommendations, showcasing the rich culinary tapestry on offer in glorious Türkiye. Among these, Bodrum and İzmir emerged as prominent culinary hubs with 19 and 15 recommended establishments, respectively. The acclaim further intensified as 2 restaurants in Bodrum and 3 in İzmir were honoured with the prestigious One Michelin Star.
